Community event · August 2026

Back-to-School Resource Fair

I led planning and event-day delivery for a community fair that welcomed 750+ attendees and connected South Dade families with school supplies and local services. I led an eight-organization committee and coordinated 30+ partners, overseeing sponsorship materials, exhibitor outreach, volunteers, logistics, and impact reporting. Together, we placed 1,000+ backpacks filled with school supplies directly into children’s hands.

A year-round plan for The Healing Sanctuary

I developed a strategic framework and 20-page 2026–27 roadmap to position the Homestead venue as a community hub. The proposal connects partner-led programming, facility utilization, earned revenue, and mission impact, with a phased relaunch plan shaped around renovation and construction constraints.

Developed Operational Dashboards from Scratch

I designed and deployed a self-built Excel operations workbook that brings the calendar, programs, rentals, outreach, partners, and volunteers into one place. An executive dashboard supports day-to-day decisions and gives the team a consistent foundation for performance tracking and grant reporting.

Venue sales & event operations · 2024—2026

Venue Rental Program

As Event Sales Manager and the facility’s main point of contact, I created a clear rental lifecycle: inquiry, screening, tour, agreement, insurance, setup planning, on-site operations, and closeout. I coordinated renters with resident agencies and managed scheduling, AV, staffing, turnover, and shared-space logistics.

Annual Gala

I served as Gala Captain and Guest Liaison for an annual fundraising event with 400+ in-person supporters and 10,000+ silent auction participants. I managed 35 sponsor and table accounts, coordinated vendors and AV, the run of show, seating, and check-in, configured the live-giving platform, and supported reconciliation and donor follow-up.

Campaign leadership · 2023—2026

Seasonal giving, organized end to end

I led holiday campaigns in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and back-to-school campaigns in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026—culminating in the Back-to-School Resource Fair featured above. Across these efforts, I coordinated partners, volunteers, supplies, procurement, donor acknowledgments, and reporting. In 2025, I organized 51 holiday drive partners and 40 volunteer sessions, and led two simultaneous back-to-school events across separate locations, using practical trackers to keep the work coordinated.

Experience built
from the inside.

I spent five years inside a South Florida nonprofit, working across family engagement, volunteer and community programs, venue operations, and development. I’ve worked with stretched resources, coordinated people with competing priorities, and built programs and systems from the ground up. That experience taught me to translate organizational priorities into practical plans, effective systems, and coordinated delivery.

I bring strategy, structure, and hands-on follow-through. From campaign planning and community partnerships to event delivery and operational dashboards, I turn goals into clear responsibilities, practical tools, and coordinated action. I listen to the people doing the work, create room for open communication, and build processes they can carry forward.

For PAVE clients and the teams I join, I turn strategic priorities into coordinated action. I align people and resources, establish accountability, and lead initiatives from planning through delivery—building stronger operations and lasting team capacity along the way.
